HOME COMMUNIONS If you require Holy Communion at home, please contact Fr Kentigern or Fr Bernard either by e-mail or leave a telephone message by 8.00pm on Friday evening stating whether you require a weekly visit or a one-off call. INVITATIONS The 50th Annual Postgate Rally takes place on 7th July in Ugthorpe. Hymns are sung from 2:30pm. Mass, celebrated by Bishop Terry, begins at 3pm. To mark the Rally's Golden Jubilee, Cardinal Arthur Roche, Prefect of the Dicastery for Divine Worship and the Discipline of the Sacraments is travelling from Rome and will preach.
The Assumption Pilgrimage takes place at the Lady Chapel, Osmotherley on Sunday 18 August.
SVP SUMMER CAMP Middlesbrough SVP Central Council is organising a summer camp for children from the most deprived areas of the diocese. The camp will be free of charge for the children and also the adult volunteers who will take care of the children and run the camp. It will take place in August. Our SVP Group is planning to help fund this event. If you would like to contribute, please speak to Mary Borrett.
CATHOLIC PARISHES SUMMIT Thank you to all who gave up their time to participate in this amazing event, and for those who offered prayerful support. All are welcome to join a follow up day in the Parish Hall on Saturday 15 June, where we will be joined by guests from Germany, Netherlands and New Zealand. There is still opportunity to contribute to the costs of our participation and of our hospitality.
